Agrinos Announces the Addition of John Eustermann as General Counsel

LYSAKER, Norway and DAVIS, Calif. (July 19, 2016)―Agrinos, a leading biological crop input provider committed to improving the productivity and sustainability of agriculture worldwide, announces the addition of John Eustermann as General Counsel.

In his new role, Eustermann will oversee all legal matters for Agrinos. He will work closely with the company’s business units, global functions and external legal partners to support Agrinos’ growth strategy.

“John brings a balanced combination of professional experience with well-recognized legal firms and startup companies,” said Dr. Ry Wagner, Agrinos CEO. “Through those experiences, John has developed a unique perspective on building successful partnerships in a variety of settings, which is a critical skill for Agrinos as we continue to progress with our long-term growth strategy. Prior to joining Agrinos, Eustermann has held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance and Ethics Officer at NuScale Power, LLC; Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Harvest Power, Inc.; and Partner in Business Services and Energy Practice Groups at Stoel Rives, LLP. Eustermann holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Seattle University School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Notre Dame.
